General Conditions

• Prices are per day, per person and per weekly stay. The weekly stay starts on Saturday and ends on next saturday.
• Double Rooms (with private bathroom) with optional additional bed.
• CheckIn at 16,00 and CheckOut at 10,00.
• From 10,00 to 16,00 additional € 5,00 per hour.
• Deposit 30%.
• Price includes daily room cleaning, linen change (sheet every week, towels two times a week), water, electric power, air conditioning.
• Discount 3° bed in half board: childs 3-5 years 30%, childs 6-12 years 20%, adults 10%.
• Discount 4° bed in half board: childs 3-5 years 40%, childs 6-12 years 30%, adults 20%.
• Discount 3° bed & breakfast: 10%.
• Discount 4° bed & breakfast: 20%.
• Discount 10% for 2° stay week in low season period and in double room.
• Third age Discount (over 65 years) of weekly stay in low season: 10%.
• Discounts are not addable.
• Single-use of double room supplement: 45%.
• Babycot supplement: € 5,00.
